COHIBA MEDIO SIGLO

Cohiba released the Cohiba Medio Siglo in Stock in 2016 to celebrate their 50th anniversary, which directly translates to the ‘half century’. This is the most recent addition to the brand since the Siglo IV in 2002.

This spectacular new addition has a 52 gauge with 100mm length combining the gauge of Siglo I with the size of the Siglo VI to create a luxurious new vitola.

This is the first time the Medio Siglo vitola has been used by Habanos and has now become a common and factory name.

Filled with the signature tobacco blend exclusive to Cohiba, all of their vitolas are Totalmente a Mano, Tripa Larga – long filler, hand made, in the famous El Laguito factory.

The aromas that greeted us were cedar mixed with earthy spice, these scents turned into flavours and the strength picked up to a medium full level.

We also noted some black pepper, soft fruit and a dash of nuttyness layered into the thick creamy smoke that Cohiba is notorious for.
